When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Gym Analyst may offer auto-renewing subscriptions ("Gym Analyst Pro") and other in-app purchases. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription Title and Length: "Gym Analyst Pro" is an auto-renewing annual subscription (1 Year).
• Payment Verification: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will be clearly identified.
• Cancellation and Management: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings (App Store or Google Play) after purchase.
• Refunds: All charges are managed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. We cannot directly cancel or refund subscriptions initiated through these platforms.
• Trial Periods: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gjorgji Ristovski and its licensors.

5. User Content

Our App allows you to log workouts, notes, and other information ("Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that Content. By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material (spam).
• To impersonate the Company, a Company employee, or any other user.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gjorgji Ristovski, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
• Any content obtained from the App; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
